One of Kim Meier’s favorite expressions when teaching is “Just keep kicking!” and now Kim is having to kick on for all she’s worth.

Kim, a lifelong event rider, who competed at the Advanced level and completed the Rolex Kentucky CCI**** and the Burghley CCI****, was injured in a fall on January 16, 2007. Damaging her C3 and C4 vertebrae, she was rendered a quadriplegic. Kim is currently at the Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation (NJ), working to regain movement.
